Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to the following countries:

• Lebanon 🇱🇧 (our main shipping country)

• Other Middle East countries (incl. UAE, KSA, Jordan, Qatar – available soon)

• UK & Europe (upon request or during promotions – please contact support)

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please email us at support@koukabliss.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Lebanon

• Delivery Time: 2–5 working days

• Shipping Fee: FREE

• Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) available

Please make sure your contact number is correct to avoid delays in delivery.

International (Middle East & UK)

• Delivery Time: 5–10 working days

• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout (based on country and weight)

• Payment: Online payment (Credit/Debit) only. COD not available outside Lebanon.

Duties & Taxes

All prices on our store are shown in USD.
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more info.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (when available).

If you're based in Lebanon, one of our delivery partners will call or message you to confirm delivery.

If you haven’t received a tracking update after 5 days, feel free to contact us at support@koukabliss.com.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all delivery timelines, but please understand delays can occur due to:

• High volume periods (holiday season, sales)

• Customs clearance

• Local courier disruptions or strikes

We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed if any delay arises.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:

• We can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply)

• Or refund the order (minus original shipping fee)
